We are seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits management within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions and issues
- Analyze and evaluate current benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage benefits budget and expenses
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Lead open enrollment processes and provide support to employees during enrollment periods
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to optimize benefits offerings
- Assist with benefits-related communications and training for employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is a plus
