Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Biochemist to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Senior Biochemist will be responsible for leading and managing a team of biochemists to conduct research and develop new pharmaceutical products. This position requires a deep understanding of biochemistry principles and techniques, as well as a strong background in pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of biochemists to conduct research and development of new pharmaceutical products
- Design and execute experiments to study biochemical processes and mechanisms
- Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and commercialization of new products
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in biochemistry and pharmaceuticals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all research and development activities

Qualifications:
- PhD in Biochemistry or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in biochemistry research, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
