We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Advisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Brand Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive sales in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage brand campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure brand initiatives are executed effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
