Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Advisor to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative brand strategies that enhance our market position and drive customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of brand management, market trends, and consumer behavior in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that inform branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Create and oversee the execution of brand communication campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences and drive customer loyalty.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize branding efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to proactively adapt brand strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Prepare and present brand strategy updates and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management and strategy development, with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years in a relevant role within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape, including trends, challenges, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
