We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Advisor to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and strategy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on retail operations, including sales, marketing, inventory management, and customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor junior team members to help them achieve their professional goals

Requirements:
