We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base in the construction sector
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead the negotiation and closing of major deals and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business development activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development in the construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the construction market in Dubai and the UAE
