We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
