We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development within the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's presence in the agriculture industry
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and customers
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the agriculture sector
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing business activities and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the agriculture industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry in Dubai and the Middle East region
