We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics, with a focus on the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support decision-making processes within the organization
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Developing data models and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Building and maintaining data visualizations and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
- Optimizing and tuning existing BI solutions to improve performance and scalability
- Mentoring and coaching junior members of the BI team
- Staying current on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or Informatica
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
