We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support our organization's strategic goals and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs
- Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlikview
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Maintain and optimize existing BI solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the IT team to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and databases
- Train and support end users in using BI tools and interpreting data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in business intelligence development in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and BI reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in BI tools (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus
