We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and optimizing business processes within the energy industry to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of current business processes within the energy sector to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement new business processes to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of current and new business processes for reference and training purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact on business performance.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis within the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of energy sector operations and business processes.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Project management experience is a plus.
