We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to optimize manufacturing operations
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process improvements
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with ERP systems
