Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team based in Dubai, specializing in the Real Estate sector. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of cloud technologies that support our business objectives and enhance our competitive advantage in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cloud Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives in the real estate sector.

- Architecture Design: Create robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures to support various applications and data needs within the organization, including CRM systems, property management platforms, and data analytics tools.

- Cloud Migration: Lead the planning and execution of cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations while maximizing the benefits of cloud adoption.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems and processes.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze cloud performance, recommending improvements and optimizations to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.

- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all cloud solutions are designed with security best practices in mind, and comply with industry regulations and standards relevant to the real estate sector.

- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with cloud service providers and third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the real estate industry and identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with a focus on developing cloud solutions for enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
