Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The Senior Commercial Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the business in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in the education sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure new business and achieve profitable outcomes
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for commercial initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and commercial activities to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably in the education sector
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
