We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Officer to join our dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase sales in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and market dynamics in the UAE.
