We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow projections and profit and loss statements
- Manage claims and disputes with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Provide commercial support to project teams, including contract interpretation and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and legal, to ensure commercial objectives are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and risk management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
