We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer goods industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth in key markets
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key account activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
