Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Officer to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of commercial strategies, market dynamics, and financial analysis, alongside a proven track record in real estate development, leasing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new developments and investments.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate competitive landscapes, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the real estate sector. Present findings to senior management to inform decision-making processes.

- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models related to commercial projects. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as necessary to ensure profitability.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, investors, and government entities. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial negotiations and contract management.

- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations for commercial leases, sales, and acquisitions. Ensure that all agreements align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that commercial aspects of real estate developments are effectively managed. Oversee the progress of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of commercial analysts and sales professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify potential risks in commercial transactions and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, business development, or a related field.

- Proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market insights.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in commercial real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
