We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits within the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay rates for faculty and staff
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies and programs
- Managing salary surveys and benchmarking studies to stay current with industry trends
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Providing guidance and support to department heads on compensation-related matters
- Developing and delivering training programs on compensation best practices
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the education sector
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
