Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation levels for various healthcare roles within the organization
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies and structures to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry
- Working closely with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation packages with organizational goals and budget constraints
- Providing expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits issues to senior management and department heads
- Managing the annual salary review process and bonus programs
- Conducting regular audits of compensation practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
