We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Sharjah within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis and design, as well as a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies and programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Conduct detailed analysis of market data to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation matters
- Lead the annual salary review process and provide recommendations for salary adjustments
- Develop and maintain job evaluation processes and salary structures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on compensation-related matters

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in compensation analysis and design
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry trends and challenges
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
