We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the retail industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the retail industry
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies
- Provide guidance and training to retail staff on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company remains compliant
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in all retail operations
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on retail industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance requirements for retail businesses
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus
