We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the education sector, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices within the education sector.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance measures and mitigate risks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance issues, providing guidance and support to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, business, or education.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification in compliance or a related field is preferred.
