We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the agriculture sector.

As a Senior Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our agricultural operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to address any issues. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to implement policies and procedures that promote adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments of agricultural operations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters
- Stay informed of changes in regulations and ensure that operations are updated accordingly
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations
- Collaborate with external regulatory agencies as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Law, or related field
- [X] years of experience in compliance consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in the agriculture industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional certification in compliance or a related field is a plus
