We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of content strategies for our educational materials. You will work closely with a team of content creators, editors, and designers to ensure that our content meets the needs of our target audience and aligns with our educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our educational materials, including lesson plans, textbooks, and online resources
- Manage a team of content creators, editors, and designers to ensure the quality and accuracy of all educational materials
- Conduct research to identify key educational trends and topics, and incorporate them into our content strategy
- Collaborate with teachers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the content development process
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our educational materials, and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies to continually improve our content development processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in content management, preferably in the education sector
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
- Knowledge of educational standards and curriculum development
