We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Content Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a passion for creating engaging and informative content.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Create high-quality written and visual content for various platforms including website, social media, and marketing materials
- Manage a team of content creators and ensure all content is produced in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to make data-driven decisions for future content strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for content creation and distribution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience managing a team of content creators and freelancers
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
