We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Senior Contracts Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract law and negotiations, as well as experience working within the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Analyzing contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures to streamline contract administration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract requirements are met and disputes are resolved in a timely manner
- Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related issues
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
- Conducting contract audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- [X] years of experience in contract administration within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software
