Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Auditor to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices. As a Senior Corporate Auditor, you will lead audit engagements, provide valuable insights, and enhance the integrity of our financial and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage audit assignments in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying areas of potential exposure and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of existing internal controls and processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement audit strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management review.
- Present audit findings to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting significant risks and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan, ensuring timely completion of audits.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and risk management.
- Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the audit team.
- Participate in special projects as required, providing audit support for acquisitions, integrations, and system implementations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk management principles.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing audit teams and projects.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
