We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a key member of the Transportation and Logistics division, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and market trends to provide valuable insights that will drive strategic decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer feedback and market research data
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators and track the effectiveness of customer engagement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights and analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
