We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Migration Specialist to join our team in Al Ain within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration processes and technologies, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee data migration projects from start to finish, ensuring all data is accurately transferred and integrated into new systems
- Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans to meet project requirements and timelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements, identify data migration challenges, and provide solutions
- Perform data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation activities to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process
- Collaborate with IT teams to configure and customize data migration tools and software as needed
- Conduct data migration testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes post-migration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration roles within the Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of data migration tools, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and data validation
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data integration technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
