We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Migration Specialist to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. As a Senior Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of data from various sources to our transportation and logistics systems. You will work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful transfer of data while maintaining data integrity and security.

Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and testing
- Develop data migration strategies and workflows to ensure efficient and accurate data transfer
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify data sources, map data fields, and establish data transformation rules
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Monitor data migration progress, identify issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Document data migration processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference
- Train end users on new data systems and tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
