We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Modeler to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Data Modeler in the energy sector, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and optimizing our data architecture to support business operations and strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex data models to support business requirements and data analysis in the energy industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, and design effective data models to meet those needs.
- Implement best practices for data modeling, data governance, and data quality assurance.
- Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of data models into the overall data architecture.
- Monitor and analyze data model performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data modeling techniques, and incorporate best practices into our data architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data modeling, with a focus on energy industry data preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin, IBM InfoSphere, or similar.
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
