We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes within the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of predictive models, algorithms, and data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges in the Real Estate industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key data sources, extract and transform data, and perform exploratory data analysis.
- Build and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to uncover insights, patterns, and trends in large datasets.
- Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
