We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, with a passion for utilizing data to drive insights and decision-making in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve student outcomes and enhance educational programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical solutions
- Design and implement machine learning models to predict student performance and optimize educational strategies
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data science and machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience working with big data tools and technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Familiarity with education data and analytics is a plus
