We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various digital platforms.
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for the company website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and medical professionals, to ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with the company's brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital content efforts.
- Lead a team of content creators and designers to ensure content production meets quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in digital content management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful digital content strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
