We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Development to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the telecommunications sector
- Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of new products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Manage the budget and resources of the development department effectively
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading development teams and delivering results in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
