Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of IT to lead our technology initiatives and drive strategic direction in our information technology department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing IT operations and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role will require a forward-thinking leader who can navigate the complexities of the rapidly evolving tech landscape and foster a culture of excellence within the IT team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, applications, and operations, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology needs, assess opportunities for technology enhancements, and recommend solutions that drive business value.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while optimizing investments in technology.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and IT systems through robust security policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization and advising on adoption strategies.
- Drive IT project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruption to operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on strategic planning and operational management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and initiatives, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
