We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Programs in the Energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our programs related to energy projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for energy programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all energy projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage a team of program managers and coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community organizations
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for program growth and expansion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in the execution of energy projects
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in the energy sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale energy projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of local energy regulations and policies in Dubai is highly desirable
