Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Editor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Senior Editor in our Retail department, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial content creation and publication process for our retail-focused publications, both online and in print. You will work closely with the editorial team to ensure that all content meets our high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of editors and writers to create engaging and informative content for our retail publications.
- Develop editorial strategies and plans to drive growth and engagement with our audience.
- Oversee the editing and proofreading process to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure content is optimized for various channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail and editorial content creation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing a team of editors and writers.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and high-quality content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital publishing platforms.
