We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EHS Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Senior EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management within our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure all staff and students are trained on EHS protocols
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Manage the emergency response plan and conduct regular drills
- Keep abreast of changes in EHS regulations and update policies accordingly
- Lead a team of EHS professionals and provide mentorship and guidance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in EHS management
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications in EHS (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
