We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EHS Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g. CSP, CIH, CMIOSH) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE EHS regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
