We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS practices and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all requirements
- Monitor and report on key EHS performance indicators to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g. CSP, CIH, CPEA) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
