We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior EHS Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental, Health, and Safety management with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining EHS programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate and lead EHS training for employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and sustainability initiatives
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of EHS standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in EHS management in the Consumer Goods industry
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are preferred
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards in Dubai
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
