We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement measures to mitigate them
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
- Maintain accurate records of EHS data and report on key metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure EHS requirements are met on all construction sites
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in EHS management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional certification in EHS management (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 5 years in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of EHS professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and EHS management software
