We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical systems within our real estate properties, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and up to code.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for new construction projects
- Performing regular maintenance and inspections of existing electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that may arise
- Ensuring all electrical work complies with local and national regulations
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
- Managing a team of electrical engineers and technicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- [X] years of experience in electrical engineering within the real estate industry
- Solid understanding of electrical codes and regulations
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
