We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations within the pharmaceutical industry and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement
- Lead training sessions for managers and employees on employee relations best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
