We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations within the healthcare industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies to promote a positive and productive work environment
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and impartial resolution
- Collaborate with HR business partners and legal counsel to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations best practices
- Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record of successfully managing employee relations issues
- Certification in HR or employee relations is a plus
