We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, and ensuring that all engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that engineering projects align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new products and processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Manage the budget for engineering projects and ensure that costs are kept within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
