We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Retail team in Dubai. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex retail solutions that align with the organization's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints that guide the development and implementation of retail solutions.
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level architectures for retail systems, applications, and integrations to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Define and maintain the Retail Enterprise Architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the organization's retail capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs.
- Conduct regular architecture reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on retail solutions.
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex retail architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are a plus.
