Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, specializing in the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and educational funding, coupled with a passion for helping educational institutions manage their financial resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Advisory: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to the needs of educational institutions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Investment Management: Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, assessing risks and returns to optimize financial portfolios for educational entities.
- Funding Strategies: Design and recommend funding strategies for educational programs, scholarships, and infrastructure projects, ensuring sustainable financial growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including school administrators, board members, and stakeholders, to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices adhere to local and international regulations, maintaining transparency and ethical standards in financial reporting.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends affecting the education sector, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior financial advisors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining financial performance, investment strategies, and recommendations for improvement.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices, continually enhancing personal knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CFP, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of managing financial portfolios and providing strategic financial advice.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the UAE.
